How many passengers can you fly?
You can bring one or whole groups of people on our scenic flights. We do require 2 minimum adult fares on each flight and if you are a single we MAY be able to match you with another flight but may not be at the desired time/date.
We have helicopters that seat 3 passengers plus the pilot and helicopters that can seat 4 passengers plus the pilot and a helicopter that can seat 5 passengers plus the pilot (at special request)
What happens if it rains on the day of my flight?
No need to worry we are able to fly in most conditions including light rain and wind and we don’t fly above the clouds so you still get a great view.
What are your opening hours?
We are open for business 7 days a week. First flight is usually about 9 am and the last flight is usually about 5pm
Do you have set times that you fly during the day?
There are no set times for our flights but we welcome bookings if you would like to go at a particular time that suits you.
What is the best time of the day to fly?
There is no specific time of the day that is best to fly around Newcastle & Hunter Valley.
Can I bring my camera or video camera on the flight?
We encourage you to bring a camera with you and take as many photographs as you like. Video cameras are also welcome.
How long before the flight do I need to be there?
We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your flight so we can get you signed in and safety briefed.
What should I wear?
Wear something so you are comfortable for your flight but we do require a shirt to be worn and closed in shoes are preferred over thongs.
Do you accept credit card?
No problems, we accept credit cards, eftpos and cash as payment for our flights and you are welcome to pay on arrival at the heliport.
